Isotype
Mouse IgG1 kappa
Specificity
The mouse monoclonal antibody 1-155-2 recognizes lambda light chains (22.5 kDa) of human immunoglobulin.
Application
Application details
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. Extracellular and intracellular staining.
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
Human IgA1 lambda myeloma protein
Preparation
Purified antibody is conjugated with activated tandem dye of allophycocyanin-cyanine 7 (APC-Cy™7) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
Formulation
Stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.4, 15 mM sodium azide
Storage and handling
Store at 2-8°C. Protect from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

Antigen description
Immunoglobulin classes share the same basic four polypeptide chain structure of two heavy chains (five heavy chains types) and two light chains (kappa, lambda; both having a molecular weight of 22.5kDa). Kappa and lambda consist of a variable region and a constant region and can easily be differentiated by the antigenic properties of the constant region. The ratio of kappa to lambda is 70:30.
T4-673 FC
Flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of lambda light chains in human peripheral blood with anti-lambda light chains (1-155-2) APC-Cy™7.
