The Armenian hamster antibody Ham151-149 reacts with mouse Bim, a 19-24 kDa pro-apoptotic intracellular protein (Bcl-2 family) which regulates immunological responses.

Application details
Flow cytometry: Recommended dilution: 8-10 μg / ml, cells permeabilized with 0.03% saponin.
Immunoprecipitation: Recommended dilution: 1-2 μg / 100-500 μg of protein in 1 ml lysate.
Western blotting: Recommended dilution: 1-2 μg / ml; reducing conditions.
Immunocytochemistry: permeabilized cells.
