Isotype
Mouse IgG1
Specificity
The mouse monoclonal antibody B3 recognizes an extracellular epitope of human TCR Vgamma9, a variant of TCR gamma chain, which is expressed on a gamma/delta T cell subpopulation with cytolytic activity against various tumor cells.
Application
Application details
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human, Non-human primates
Immunogen
human T cells
Preparation
The purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography.
Formulation
Stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15 mM sodium azide
Storage and handling
Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.

Antigen description
TCR Vgamma9 is a variant of TCR gamma chain, that is present on a subset of human gamma/delta T cells. TCR Vgamma9/Vdelta2 T cells are able to recognize and kill various tumor cells, as this receptor heterodimer binds to certain phosphoantigens, expressed by tumors.
1P-903_FC_Profil značení
Flow cytometry surface staining pattern of human peripheral whole blood stained using anti-human TCR Vgamma9 (B3) PE antibody (10 μl reagent / 100 μl of peripheral whole blood).
1P-903_FC_Histogram
Separation of human TCR Vgamma9 positive lymphocytes (red-filled) from human TCR Vgamma9 negative lymphocytes (black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (surface staining) of peripheral whole blood stained using anti-human TCR Vgamma9 (B3) PE antibody (10 μl reagent / 100 μl of peripheral whole blood).
