Isotype
Mouse IgG2b
Specificity
The mouse monoclonal antibody 3F3 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD72, a 39-43 kDa type II membrane glycoprotein (C-type lectin family). CD72 is a pan-B cell marker expressed throughout the B lymphocytes diferentiation with the exception of plasma cells; it is also present on follicular dendritic cells.
Workshop
HLDA V: WS Code B CD72.5; HLDA VI: WS Code B CD72.1; HLDA VI: WS Code 6 BP 84
Application
FC (QC tested)
Application details
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 20 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 10
6
cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (2 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human
Immunogen
Normal human lymphocytes from a lymph node.
Other names
LYB2
Preparation
The purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography.
Formulation
Stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide
Storage and handling
Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
