Isotype
Mouse IgG1
Specificity
The antibody MEM-75 reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD71 antigen (transferrin receptor), a 95 kDa type II homodimeric transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on activated B and T lymphocytes, macrophages and erythroid precursors; it is lost on resting blood leukocytes. The antibody MEM-75 does not block binding of transferrin to the receptor.
Workshop
HLDA IV: WS Code A 45; HLDA V: WS Code T T-165
Application
IP, FC (QC tested), ICC
Application details
Flow cytometry: Recommended dilution: 2-5 μg/ml.

Flow cytometry surface staining pattern of human PHA stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells stained using anti-human CD71 (MEM-75) Biotin antibody (concentration in sample 0,6 μg/ml, Streptavidin APC).
Separation of cells stained using anti-human CD71 (MEM-75) Biotin antibody (concentration in sample 0,6 μg/ml, Streptavidin APC, red-filled) from cells unstained by primary antibody (Streptavidin APC, black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (surface staining).
