Isotype
Mouse IgG2b
Specificity
The antibody 1H4 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD54 (ICAM-1), a 85-110 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein (receptor for rhinovirus) expressed on activated endothelial cells, T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes and dendritic cells; the expression of CD54 is upregulated by activation.
Application
WB, FC (QC tested), IHC(F), IHC(P), ICC
Application details
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): Recommended dilution: 5-10 μg/ml.
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): Recommended dilution: 10 μg/ml; prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. High temperature antigen unmasking technique is required.
Flow cytometry: Recommended dilution: 1-4 μg/ml.
