11-225 FC
Flow cytometry (surface staining) of lysed and washed porcine peripheral blood with purified anti-CD47 (MEM-122) (detection by anti-mouse IgM FITC). Panel A - porcine PBMC stained with Isotype mouse IgM control (PFR-03; cat. no. 11-803-C100) Panel B - porcine PBMC sample stained with anti-CD47 (MEM-122) Cells in the granulocyte gate were used for analysis.
