Isotype
Mouse IgG1
Specificity
The antibody MEM-263 reacts with extracellular (N-terminal) domain of standard CD44 (Phagocyte glycoprotein 1), a 80-95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein (hyaladherin family) present on the most of cells and tissues (leukocytes, endothelial cells, mesenchymal cells, etc.); it is negative on platelets and hepatocytes.
Workshop
HLDA III: WS Code T 155
Application
FC (QC tested)
Application details
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 20 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (2 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Pig, Human, Dog
Immunogen
COS-7 cells (African Green Monkey).
Other names
PGP-I, HUTCH-I, Extracellular matrix receptor III, ECMR-III, GP90 lymphocyte homing/adhesion receptor, Hermes antigen, Hyaluronate receptor, Heparan sulfate proteoglycan, Epican, MC56, MIC4
Preparation
The purified antibody is conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography.
Formulation
Stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide
Storage and handling
Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
