Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μl reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.

Preparation

Purified antibody is conjugated with activated allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Antigen description

CD307b is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the Fc receptor family. It contains one ITAM motif and two ITIM motifs in its cytoplasmic domain. It is expressed in spleen and lymph nodes in mature B cells and memory B cells. CD307b may be a prognostic marker for chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
