Application details
Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): Recommended dilution: 5-10 μg/ml; positive control: colorectal adenocarcinoma; heat mediated antigen retrieval (sodium citrate); mAb incubation: 1 hour / RT; detection DAB.
