Preparation

Antigen description
Human blood group A antigen belongs to a group of carbohydrate determinats carried on both glycolipids and glycoproteins; it is detected on erythrocytes and certain epithelial cells.
Agglutination of particular blood groups using mouse monoclonal HE-193 (anti-blood group A).
Immunohistochemistry staining of human kidney (paraffin-embedded sections) with anti-blood group A (HE-193), dilution 1:50. Commercially tested by LifeSpan BioSciences.
