Description

Recombinant mouse NTAL / LAB is expressed in E. coli. DNA sequence encoding mouse NTAL (amino acids 30 - 203) was fused with a His tag at the N-terminus.
A calculated molecular mass of the fussion protein is 22.2 kDa. The recombinant fragment migrates as a 28 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Recombinant mouse NTAL / LAB - 1 vial (0.1 mg).
Reconstitute vial content with 100 μl sterile deionized water.
For long term storage or for preparation of more diluted working stock solution, a carrier protein (e.g. 1% serum albumin) should be added to the vial.

Preparation

Purified by affinity chromatography. Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in Storage buffer (PBS, pH 7.4).

Storage and handling

Store at -20°C to -80°C. Reconstitute in sterile deionized water. Use reconstituted product immediately or aliquot for further storage at -20°C to -80°C.

Western blotting analysis of mouse NTAL / LAB recombinant protein (Cat. No. EXB0010, previously RL-005-C100). SDS-PAGE Electrophoresis (12% separating gel, 6% stacking gel; reducing conditions). Lane 1 - 4: immunostaining with NTAL specific antibody; dilution 2 μg/ml). Detection with Goat anti-mouse/ HRP secondary antibody. Amount of mouse NTAL / LAB recombinant protein loaded on each lane: (1) 50 ng, (2) 20 ng, (3) 5 ng, (4) 1 ng.
