Description

Annexin V PE is intended for detection of early apoptotic cells by flow cytometry.

Contents

Annexin V PE - 1 vial (0.5 ml) of Ready-to-use solution. No reconstitution is necessary. Reagent is provided in stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide. Sufficient for 100 tests.

Preparation

Purified recombinant protein is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated protein and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Storage and handling

Store at 2-8°C. Protect from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
