Annexin V Biotin is intended for detection of early apoptotic cells by flow cytometry.

Preparation

Purified recombinant protein is conjugated with biotin LC-NHS under optimum conditions. Unconjugated protein and free biotin are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
