Description
Annexin V Dyomics 647 is intended for detection of early apoptotic cells by flow cytometry.
Contents
Annexin V Dyomics 647 - 1 vial (0.5 ml / 2.5 ml) of Ready-to-use solution. No reconstitution is necessary. Reagent is provided in stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide. Sufficient for 100 / 500 tests.
Preparation
Purified recombinant protein is conjugated with Dyomics 647 under optimum conditions. Unconjugated protein and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
Formulation
Stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.4, 15 mM sodium azide
Storage and handling
Store at 2-8°C. Protect from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
