ED7747_FC_Dot-plot
Flow cytometry multicolor surface staining patterns of human leukocytes stained using anti-human CD19 (LT19) PE-Cy™7 antibody (4 μl reagent / 100 μl of peripheral whole blood) and anti-human CD14 (MEM-15) Pacific Blue™ antibody (4 μl reagent / 100 μl of peripheral whole blood).
The picture on the left shows staining pattern without the use of Monocyte Blocking Buffer. The picture on the right shows staining pattern with the use of Monocyte Blocking Buffer (10 µl reagent / 100 μl of peripheral whole blood).
Only non-specific binding of tandem fluorochromes to monocytes is affected, specific binding of monocyte-marker CD14 is not affected by the use of Monocyte Blocking Buffer.
