New Recombinant Anti-Hu CD127 Antibody

CD127 is the alpha chain of the interleukin-7 receptor (IL-7Rα), which is essential for T cell development, homeostasis, and survival. It is expressed on naïve and memory T cells as well as early B cell progenitors, but is notably low or absent on regulatory T cells and activated effector T cells. CD127 plays a central role in lymphocyte biology and is widely used in immunophenotyping, particularly for the identification and characterization of T cell subsets.

Clone rHIQB010

rHIQB010 provides strong and consistent surface staining in flow cytometry, enabling reliable discrimination of CD127-positive populations, including naïve and memory T cells, as well as regulatory T cells when used in combination with additional markers such as CD25. Owing to its recombinant design, the antibody ensures excellent lot-to-lot consistency and low background, making it well suited for research applications. CD127 is also of increasing interest in studies of immune dysregulation, autoimmunity, and immuno-oncology, highlighting the utility of rHIQB010 in both basic and translational research.

The following images show the results of the functionality verification using flow cytometry (descriptions for the individual images will be displayed after opening them).
