Dear Cytometrists, today we bring you information about last (BUT NOT LEAST) immunophenotyping diagnostic reagent from EXBIO TBNK Clinical IFT set - DryFlowEx TBNK 6-color. And what are detail parameters of this reagent? Intended Purpose DryFlowEx TBNK 6-color is intended for detection and enumeration of lymphocyte populations and subsets in human whole blood by flow cytometry. What is detected and/or measured The device DryFlowEx TBNK 6-color detects and measures relative percentages and absolute counts of human T cells (CD3+), B cells (CD3-CD19+), NK cells (CD3-CD16+56+), helper/inducer (CD3+CD4+) and suppressor/cytotoxic (CD3+CD8+) T cell subsets. Device function The device is intended for use in the immunological assessment of normal patients, and might aid to diagnosis of patients having, or suspected of having, immune deficiency. Context of a physiological or pathological state Frequencies of lymphocyte populations measured by the device can be affected by various pathological conditions and evaluation of their percentages and counts can be used in the assessment of: • human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection progression (1, 5, 9, 11) • hereditary immunodeficiencies (3, 4, 13, 14, 17, 19) • autoimmune diseases (6, 8) • defects in innate immune defense (15, 16) Ordering information

Anti-human CD38 clones HB7 and HIT2 were compared regarding their reactivity with particular blood cell populations.
Here we present two basic systems of biotin detection, namely anti-biotin monoclonal antibody and streptavidin conjugates.
Anti-human CD25 clones MEM-181, B1.49.9, 2A3, BC96, CD25-4E3, and CD25-3G10 were compared regarding their reactivity with particular blood cell populations.
