The EXCELLYSE I lysing solution permits red blood cell lysis following antibody staining of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This solution is optimized for use with BD Biosciences flow cytometers.
EXCELLYSE I lysing solution is appropriate for use with EXBIO single colour monoclonal antibodies and KOMBITESTTM reagents and may be used in both lyse/wash and lyse/no wash protocol.
EXCELLYSE I lysing solution is a ready to use reagent provided as 30 ml or 100 ml package of proprietary buffered solution containing < 5 % formaldehyde. This quantity is sufficient for 150, resp. 500 tests.
