EXBIO has technical support team trained to answer your questions on our products. We pride ourselves on the quality of service we can offer our customers and aim to have as fast as possible response on all enquiries.

Our technical assistants are highly qualified and experienced in immunology, and are on hand to answer detailed questions about all our products and their applications.

Where enquiries are made by fax or e-mail, we ask that you provide as much information as possible as this will help our technical department to deal with your request in the most efficient manner possible. We prefer if you use the attacher troubleshooting forms, where possible.
