Produced in HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of human DR6 (aa 1 - 212) is fused to the Fc portion of human IgG1.

Description

Human DR6 (Death Receptor-6; TNFRSF21) is a type I transmembrane protein containing cytoplasmic death domain, member of the TNF receptor superfamily, expressed in most human tissues.

Applications:

  • Loading control
    The recombinant human DR6/Fc chimera can be used as a control for anti-human DR6 antibodies in amounts 15-50 ng.
Usage note:
Indicated dilutions are recommended starting points for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
