Thyroid disorders are often associated with autoimmune diseases and thyroid cancer.


The antibody 2H11 recognizes antigen thyroglobulin (TG), a 610 kDa extracellular secreted glycoprotein specific to the thyroid gland. TG is mainly expressed on thyroid follicular cells (99,1 %).

    Recommended dilution: 1:80 - 1:100
    Pretreatment: Heat retrieval in 0.01M citrate buffer, pH 6 (microwave oven)
    Incubation: 1h at RT
    Positive tissue: thyroid gland, follicular adenoma
Usage note:
Indicated dilutions are recommended starting points for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
